These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Exeter Valeting and Detailing LTD. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Delivery
Service Times: Service durations are estimates. Actual times may vary.
Booking Times: Booking times are also estimates. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate delays.
Payment: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable within 14 days. A £5 daily late fee applies after this period.
Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation: Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service begins. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left inside.
Access: Ensure adequate space for us to work safely, including full door opening.
Existing Damage: Notify us of any pre-existing vehicle damage (internal or external) before service commences. We are not liable for any further damage.
Child Restraints: Customers are responsible for removing and refitting child seats.
Van Cargo Areas: Cleaning or detailing of van cargo areas is not included unless specifically discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Cancellations
Cancellation Notice: 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-Day Cancellations: Full payment will be charged for same-day cancellations without prior arrangement.
Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or equipment issues. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
Reminders
Courtesy Reminders: Booking reminders are provided as a courtesy and should not be solely relied upon. Customers are responsible for remembering their booking appointments.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from the final payment for your service.
