  • The duration time to complete a service is an estimate. It may take less or more time than expected.

  • Our booking times are an estimate. Sometimes we have numerous jobs on during a day. If we expect to be running later than agreed we will notify you as soon as we possibly can.

  • Payments are to be made on the day the service has been completed unless otherwise stated by us.

  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the service being completed. After this time we add a late payment fee of £5 daily until the invoice has been paid.

  • We ask all customers to remove their belongings from the vehicle before any work commences. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to items that are left in the vehicle which have not been removed.

  • The customer would need to provide us with enough space to work on the vehicle with enough room to fully open all doors.

  • Please notify us if there is any damage to your car internally or externally before we begin your service. We will not accept liability if any further damage is caused.

  • The customer will be responsible for removing and refitting baby seats due to insurance purposes.

  • We are not responsible for any cleaning, valeting or detailing of the tool/cargo area of vans unless discussed with us prior to appointment.

Cancellation terms and conditions:

  • We require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a booking. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.

  • We reserve the right to take full payment if a service is cancelled on the day without prior arrangement.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule a booking for a different day and time due to bad weather or equipment issues without penalty to the company. In the unlikely event that this happens we will aim to give you as much notice as possible.
